The location is perfect and it's super clean ! The host is very helpful helped us planning our day and gave alot of tips for our vacation. his neighbour drives you to all the places you want, we did a full tour day to all the places we wanted to see with his tuktuk The house is big and perfect for couples or families with kids.

While property was spotless, new and well situated on a hill overlooking Kandy town. The host Sathis was of great help and went far and beyond to help us with everything. From transport to things to see, he was always there to help make our Sri Lankan experience the best it can be. Would recommend to anyone!

“Super host with a very well equipped, clean house”

Sathis, the host, is a genuinely good and generous person. To me, this is what makes a stay worthwhile. He is a great source of trustworthy information on anything you need to know in Kandy. The facilities were very good and actually exceeded our needs, but would be great for a larger group. There was a good view from the balcony and bedroom. The bathroom was large and very clean, and importantly had a squidgy for removing water, unfortunately not always the case in Sri Lanka. Location was actually not too bad, but i can imagine some people might not like walking the stairs all the time. Only being very picky here as I think it's otherwise a great place!

The place was gorgeous! Surrounded by nature, deep green everywhere you look plus a view of the mountains. Everything was as described. Set in the hills of Kandy away from the hustle of bustle of the town but only a 10-15 minute walk down to the lake. Witnessed sunrise from the balcony with our morning coffee so beautiful and peaceful inside the villa is a huge living space, all new and modern. The place is surrounded windows... amazing! Wifi , air conditioning and hot water facilities are very good. The bed is huge and comfy with a big ensuite. It was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need to live. My wife, daughter and I felt very comfortable! The host Sathis made feels super welcome; he is such a friendly human and very helpful, explained everything and what and where to go. Any questions you may have or if you needed anything, Sathis assisted with a smile. We had really nice conversations. If we take another trip to Kandy, we will definitely stay at Sathis. I give honestly a 10/10. Thanks for everything...

Clean, spacious accommodation. Large kitchen, dining area and lounge with a balcony that overlooks nature. Breezy and cool, a slice of simple paradise.

“High standard and comfortable in Kandy”

This a modern, well equipped apartment within a (very steep) walking distance of Kandy centre. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were of a good standard, great WiFi and aircon. The balcony offered a lovely view and there was plenty of communal space to sit and enjoy a meal or cup of tea I liked the added touch of yoga mats, great on a hard floor!

The property is SPOTLESS!!! The beds are comfortable and the linen good quality. The views are spectacular. It’s in a residential area, away from the city noise, yet close enough to walk/or catch a tuk tuk. Kitchen facilities are good- can good a decent meal if required. The host, Sathis is an amazing man. He assisted us with all travel requirements. Negotiated excellent prices, and gave us a lot of information. This is such a lovely spot. Perfect for some peace and quiet. Highly recommended

“Great property and amazing host!”

Lovely property with plenty of space and fully functioning kitchen. Would probably recommend hiring a tuk tuk or scooter / using a taxi to get to/from the villa as it is quite a steep walk uphill. However it is easily walkable too! Host is amazing, very kind and helpful!

“Spacious unit close to town”

Spotlessly clean unit. Great location, close to town but quiet. Sathis is a great host, he helped us with everything we needed, sightseeing, tuk tuk, car for onward journey. Laundry was quick. Great Marma therapy done at the unit.

The apartment is beautiful and clean, with a view down the hill. Very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The owner is friendly and helped us a lot with our requests. There's a good restaurant with a lake view just a couple minutes away

Perfect in every aspect

Very nice situated in the higher areas of Kandy with a great view into the green. Relaxing stay away from the hectic and loud Kandy city center but actually very close by foot.

“Good, huge, comfortable apartman located up the hill”

This big apartman / home stay has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, all well equipped. We had some difficulty to find the place first, it s quite up the hill, would definetely not walk even with shortcuts, but it s a few minutes tuktuk ride from the center, sonit was not a problem. We went down in town to get some food and breakfast, but it s not very convenient if you are used to get breakfast at your accomodation. There were some renovation works / buildings in the neighbouring houses. It was a good, spacious place for our family for our short stay in Kandy. Wifi worked well.

Host Sathis introduced us to a very good tuktuk driver to get around the city tour. Apartment is very clean, good Wi-Fi and comfortable stay. We were able to experience some good meditation and marma massage therapy here. I will definitely be recommending this apartment to everyone.
