Our host Fazly couldn't have been more helpful. He is exceptionally organized and professional and very knowledgeable about the whole of Sri Lanka. He gave us invaluable tips for visiting Kandy, helped us plan the itinerary for the rest of our trip, and arranged our onward transport, including a very reliable driver, trips, and organising tickets for the blue train. Great location with an amazing view over the valley from our terrasse. Very green and peaceful. The room was spotless, spatious and comfortable. The accommodation is eco friendly with no plastic in sight and we appreciated the water filters. The Sri Lankan breakfast was fantastic. I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful place that lived up to its name of “feel home”. We were welcomed with open arms by the host, who was extremely hospitable. Gorgeous breakfasts every morning on the balcony with a stunning view. The host gave us recommendations to eat and organised tuk tuks for us on an evening. Could not recommend this place enough!

“Highly recommended”
Fazly is a wonderful host. His English is exceptional, having lived and worked in the UK for many years. He is an excellent source of information, advice, and has great connections to assist with both your stay in Kandy as well as your journey there and beyond. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the location is fairly quiet. Breakfast is delicious and served on the cool balcony in the morning, overlooking the city.

We only stayed 1 night in Kandy but when we arrived at Feel Home we wish we could've stayed a few more! The room is very spacious and well equipped, beds are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The view from the balcony was stunning. Fazly is a great host, he provided us with really good recommendations on things to do in Kandy and places to eat. Thanks again for a great stay and for anyone thinking about booking, do it!

The view is amazing, host is friendly and knowledgeable and will help you with any questions you have, room is clean and spacy, bed is long (which is not always the case in SL). Happy we could fill our water bottles instead of buying. We had breakfast on the terrace which was really nice

A quiet location in a busy city, as the name suggests, we immediately felt at home. The accommodation is generous, unfussy and well appointed. The terrace has views to die for! Fazly is the perfect host, good company and very informative, always available. We enjoyed our stay!

“Wonderful host and stay”
First off, the host Fazly, is amazing! Great communication and he greeted us and explained everything about the sustainable accomodation he's created - reusable water bottles instead of plastic, filtered water available 24/7, communal kitchen facilities, solar heated water and even had built in AUS power points. The room was super clean, spacious and a/c thankfully worked great. And even though we were checking out early in the morning, Fazly still provided us with a breakfast served on the balcony overlooking Kandy.

“Perfect stay in Kandy”
Myself and my husband had an amazing stay at Feel Home. Fazly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome giving great recommendations and making us the best coffee! The room is very clean and spacious with a great view. I highly recommend the Sri Lankan Breakfast. It’s was yummy! Wish we had stayed another night.

“Exceptional”
Literally everything. Nice room and balcony view. I even liked the smell of the toiletries. Great breakfast. Fanzy and his staff were always extremely helpful, gave recommendations, and organized a tour for good price to Ella. If there is a place to stay in Kandy, it is this one!

We stayed one night at the accommodation Feel Home and had a very nice stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Fazly, the owner, was extremely friendly and welcoming. He told us a lot about local life and was always very helpful. We felt at home and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

“FANTASTIC”
So far, this has been the best place I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka. It was fantastic to escape the busy streets of Kandy and enjoy some peace and quiet here. The homestay is easy to reach by tuktuk, and the owner (Fazli) truly makes you feel at home, I felt completely comfortable during my stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the view is absolutely fantastic. Such a peaceful place! Thank you Fazli ❤️

We enjoyed our two days here! You really do feel home there. Fazly is incredibly welcoming and has some really good advice on what to do in and around Kandy. The breakfast was great, the room spacious with a grood aircon and hot water available at all times. Would absolutely book again!

Feel Home in Kandy is the perfect place for a stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The terrace with its beautiful view over Kandy is a highlight. The host was very open and honest, and the Sri Lankan breakfast was authentic and absolutely delicious.
