Staff was very friendly and helpful. Brought breakfast in our apartment, found us another room in neighbors place after we decided to stay longer and arranged us a good driver for trip ti Ella. Family room was the right place for our holiday with children - there is a kitchen, pool, lots of space, nice jungle view.

We loved the hosts at this place.We stayed 2 nights and ordered from the menu both nights for dinner. Food got delivered into our room freshly cooked. It was absolutely delicious and very good value for money. The pool was great.There is a nice view from the family room. We also had free pick up from town. Highly recommended this place.

“Ok value, Great for kids”
Large clean family room (never seen as funky kitchen-living-bedroom in one before) close to the pool. Kids liked it. The pool felt private as we were the only visitors using it.

We lived in a room with a swimming pool. Everything was clean, cleaned and neat. The view of the pool and courtyard deserves a separate recommendation to visit there, everything is green and well-groomed, you feel very cosy - both the eye and soul rest. We arrived late and were very tired from the road, we were also hungry. Chanaka manager came to our rescue, who didn't leave us hungry at the late hour. We would like to express our gratitude to him, he is a really kind and sympathetic person. He also helped to build a suitable route for us to see the neighbouring temples and find a driver for trip. Special thanks to Silve for personal care and attention. Definitely recommend it!

I don’t like to do this but here is the story : We booked 2 nights and our arrival was very nice, friendly staff and owner but the day after we went to visit kandy and when we came back our money disappeared from our backpack in the hotel room (around 750 Australian dollars) We had our key with us all day and the owner said he didn’t have any spare key. But we checked the money in the morning before leaving and it was in our bag, it went missing when we came back. We went to the police to declare the money stolen and got a report but the money is still gone.

it’s a nice space, very simple but great value for money. The communication is great from the property & they have a driver that can take you where you need to go, Danu. he’s a good man and very fair price. I encourage giving a tip!

super cozy terrace on the roof, a little bit hidden, but gorgeous viewpoint nearby (not that main public one, you’ll definitely find it), highly helpful host. Ask Chanaka on everything — he’ll help you!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfy room with big bathroom(hot shower). Around 15-20 min by walk from city centre. The Wi-Fi work really good.
