Very nice couple that helps you if you need anything. Clean rooms and nice indoor area. Good breakfast and food. Quiet area.

“Comfortable and Affordable, but Watch the Gate”

We stayed here for just one night after attending a wedding at a nearby hotel. The price was very reasonable for what we got. The room was comfortable, though the water pressure was a bit low at times—seemed like the pressure pump had some issues. When we returned late from the wedding, the gate was locked. My wife and I were quite anxious, as it was midnight, and it took about 20 minutes of calling the owner before we could get in. So, if you plan to return late, make sure to have the guesthouse’s contact number handy. Would I stay here again? Yes—if it’s just for a night to sleep. Overall, for the price, it’s definitely worth it.

Clam and quiet place with a super attentive staff. Very good location and close to all the main attractions in kandy. Pin drop clean wash room. Owner speaks good English. Will definitely come back.

Actually, the room was quite nice and I truly enjoy it.

Hosts were very kind and attentive. Rice and curry for dinner was delicious every time. Went on a tour with the host and he only charges me half price because we didn't get to see everything because of the rain. A little out of the city which is more peaceful and easy to get a tuk tuk ride into the city

The owners make you feel right at home! The most welcoming family you could ask for! Excellent breakfast, always someone available to give information and advice for our trip and many day tours available on request in a very normal price! The location is 5 min from Kandy center, the house humble and clean. For sure more than value for the money!

Sara is so helpful and kind. The room is clean and comfortable with a private bathroom. Sara's wife is such a wonderful and smiley lady and made us a delicious meal even though we arrived back quite late after our day of sight seeing. They are such happy and fun people with endless advice about what to see and do. Sara has his own tuktuk so drove us around for a really great price and showed us where is good to go. We can't thank him enough for being oue host

“Nice family and cheap value for a room but facilities and noise let us down!”

Dilshan and Sara were so lovely and helpful. They gave us tuk tuk lifts to various locations at good prices and provided lots of tips for things to do and see. It was a really great family!

This homestay is highly recommended, for the availability of the whole family, the cleanliness of the room and the super breakfast. Thanks Sara for everything.

“Amazing services, but noisy”

This hotel is a gem. The staff is super friendly and helps with anything you might need. I needed early check-in and early check-out, and neither was an issue. The host is friendly and often hangs out with the guests. The hotel offers a lot of touristic activities, like full day excursions to the mountains, Kandy tours and more, and all for a very reasonable price. They offer food upon request. However, if you do not need any of these, it is not an issue, they do not force their services upon you. The hotel offers pick-up and drop-off from Kandy and the price is very reasonable. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was hot water in the bathroom. Not lukewarm. Hot.

This Place is managed by a Father and his son, Spacious room, Towels/soap provided, parking assisted, meal options (not taken though)

Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
