We just loved our stay here and next trip will spend an extra day here as we enjoyed it so much. Absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable room, breakfast was great, kind of like a B & B and Pushna the manager, chef and overall contact point is such a wonderful person and a pleasure to be with. Located within walking distance of the City’s main lake and temple this accommodation provides two rooms and a communal dining/lounge area. Excellent location. Beautiful room. Very comfortable. The breakfast and attentive service provided by Prashpa was excellent. So friendly and helpful too. She could not do enough for us. Highly Recommended.

Our room was in a perfect location near the lake and just a short tuk tuk ride into Kandy City Centre. Our room was beautiful, modern, spacious and very clean. Pushpa made an amazing English breakfast each morning and was very responsive in communication.

Nice big room with all the amenities. Exceptionally clean place, good service and great food!

“It really was my home!”

Puspa's helps were awesome! Delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, Landry, trouble shooting and so on. Kapla's Tuk-tuk also helped us visiting Pin Nawala as reasonable charge. The Villa is nice location next to lake & forest; we walked both north & south roads to downtown by 20min. we could birds watching at Villa's balcony with beer (bought at downtown) & during walking. The Villa has only 2guest rooms & dining room, so we could stay like home. The best place stayed in Sri Lanka during 2weeks.

We had a brilliant stay here. It is well located next to the Kandy Lake and a 15 minute walk to the city centre along a pedestrian path. The accommodation was very clean and well air conditioned. The breakfast was also great with lots of choice. They also have a tuk tuk that can take you to sights in the city upon request which was great. Would definitely recommend.

Hair dryer, curling iron, ironing board and iron. Great air con, fridge, balcony and comfortable chairs to sit on in the room and on the deck. Easy (hot) walk to town along the lake. Breakfast was fab - English and Sri Lankan. Even had espresso coffee machine!

I struggled to decide where to stay in Kandy so went with my belly and booked this homestay after reading a great review of the breakfast. Oh wow! The breakfast exceeded my expectations and was probably one of the best meals I had in Sri Lanka. 2 delicious and fragrant curries, rotis, sambal, rice and so much fresh fruit. The homestay is conveniently located and just a short walk to the temple of the tooth. I have completely forgotten the names of my lovely hosts but I felt very spoiled by them

Our room was a true suite, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a large, modern, and spacious bathroom. The two women who run the property were incredibly kind, attentive, and always making sure we felt comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and every morning they prepared a large tray of fresh fruit and let us choose between a continental breakfast or a traditional local one. Honestly, it was the best and most generous breakfast we’ve had in all the hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka. As an extra (and very rare) detail, they offered to do our laundry completely free of charge, included in the price. They also have a third staff member who truly made a difference: he drove us around in his tuk-tuk for a full day and was available for anything we needed. He is extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more special. Without a doubt, I would recommend Ana Asia Villa to everyone. “We had a fabulous comfortable stay.”

The villa was clean and comfortable. You can walk into Kandy city easily along the lake. Our hosts were lovely and willing to help in anyway. Breakfast was delicious…. Especially the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. Puspa did our laundry, which we were grateful for. Kapila took us to some sites with his tuk tuk and arranged tickets to the traditional Kandian dance… which was fabulous! We thoroughly loved our stay in Kandy.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was fantastic and very spacious, so we felt right at home. We were especially impressed by the large bathroom with its modern shower cubicle – and best of all: instant hot water whenever we wanted it. A very special thank you goes to Kapila. He showed us around the city and catered perfectly to our needs. We wanted to buy beautiful wooden figurines and spices, and he took us to some truly amazing shops. We certainly wouldn't have found these special stores without him. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay – highly recommended!

“Beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located for a stay in Kandy b”

Can I give this a 15? It was so far beyond our expectations that I hardly know how to rate this villa. The management and the staff were so helpful and accommodating and the villa itself is comfortable, clean and beautiful. Breakfast is amazing. Kapila arranged tickets for us and both Pushpa and Harshani were lovely and efficient. Location is perfect. I can’t recommend Anna Asia Villa highly enough.

“Good value for money.”

Great, clean accommodation close to the lake. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. There is an additional attraction as you can observe from the balcony large amount of bats living in the trees close by.
