“Great Ryokan experience, spacious room and great staff”

Our room was really big, clean and had the traditional look. We had a big terrace with private onsen which is small but still nice. The room has a lot of space and provide traditional yukata during stay which we use for breakfast and some photos. Breakfast have enough choices but mostly traditional Japanese. We travel with our little one and they provided extra fresh fruit for him upon request in the breakfast.

The room was spacious, they were so helpful in finding places and recommending food. Baths were amazing.

Very professional and polite staff. Extremely comfortable room and beds both the regular and the Japanese beds. I tried both. Very beautiful typical Japanese room facing the river. Everything worked perfectly. Very clean.

At the wonderful location bordering the river and close (20 minutes walk) to Kenrokuen garden and the "ninja" temple. Personnel was friendly and very helpful. They really took their time answering our tourist questions. The onsen has a nice river view. The room was spacious and really relaxing.

“Needs some modernisation”

The location overlooking the river was very peaceful and calm. The breakfast was nice and varied each day and while it was a bit of a walk, it was possible to walk into the main area of Kanazawa. We had a huge room, but the layout was strange, with the toilet being close to the bedroom and the basin being over the other side of the apartment - not ideal for those of us who bother to wash our hands!

Location was beautiful beside Saigwa river and snow clad mountains in background.Besides there was a good sitting area giving a view of Kanazawa town.We were on the 8th floor.Icing on cake was Sakura trees by the river were pretty much blooming on our last day after some spell of rain the previous day.Staff was helpful whether for info. or calling cab etc. Sumptous breakfast with good spread of Japaneses salads ,tea and local dishes apart from routine brekky items.Moreover the servers wore etnic dress-Yukata and were polite and gracious as well as efficient.Recommend this place.So refreshing and not to forget the Public bath which made it a complete Japenese experience.The rooms had Wooden furniture and gave a Ryokan experience with Yukata robes and Japenese socks with traditional slippers to wear in the Property.Thanks so much.Yuyaruru SaiSai Team.

“Fantastic Inn”

This place is a gem! Our room had a spacious sitting room with yukatas for us and tea and the bedroom was perfect for our family with large beds and futon. Staff was kind and accommodating, they allowed us to drop our luggage before check in and got it to our room for us. Breakfast is traditional but also has coffee, toast and eggs. Location is a a little walk to the center or there is a bus, handy for dinner. Absolutely wonderful place

Amazing place! Very relaxing atmosphere, the rooms were lovely. The staff were helpful, friendly and so attentive. The food was also beautifully prepared.

The room Japanese style is awesome. Everything clean and cozy. The bathroom was new or very well maintained. Each day they gave us cookies which were delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful and even one employee could speak some Portuguese words. The breakfast in Japanese style was very good.
