Great location and family accommodation in an apartment style venue. Having washer/dryer facilities and excellent high quality amenities provided made for a wonderful and comfortable stay. An issue with the bathroom was reported and fixed immediately with no inconvenience to our plans. We were so grateful and would highly recommend as family accommodation within a short walk to the train station.

The modern Japanese features of the accommodation were good, beds were super comfortable, partitioned doors for privacy, and the kitchen was good. Easy few mins walk to station, 7/11, other shopping and good location for general sight-seeing

It would have been good to have more plates and bowls that were not paper

The room is spacious and kids friendly. It has everything in the room even local teas and coffees. The room has compact design where you can do different activites in thw room without disturbing others.

large apartment. great equipped with a playroom with a climbing frame, books and blocks for our 1.5 year old son. The accommodation had a beautiful Japanese bathroom with bath and a washing machine with drying function. it also had a hair dryer from dyson and a straightener. everything super new.

Size and comfort of the room

Very spacious, the biggest hotel room we have stayed. Still plenty of space even with 4 double beds, Self check in and out was straight forward. Room have all the amenities needed including washing machine and laundry detergent. Room is. contemporary design with ryokan style windows. Comes with a balcony.

Close to the train und bus station. Comfortable beds, enough space for clothes to hang (room number 401). Very friendly, supportive staff, quiet surroundings.

The property was a short walk away from the Kanazawa train station. There are a few convenience stores nearby and a nice Italian restaurant at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel. The various in-room amenities made our stay so enjoyable. The Dyson air wrap definitely wow the ladies over, with an additional hairdryer making it very convenient for big groups. We love the Nespresso coffee machine as we are all coffee lovers. The washing machine cum dryer in the room is a huge huge bonus - we were able to wash at our clothes at any time literally. Also thanks to the extremely helpful hotel manager Aiko-san for assisting us with sending our luggages from Kanazawa to Nagano and for making our stay so memorable.

“Amazing family room!”

The family room was absolutely amazing! Beautiful, very comfortable & with loads of thoughtful little attentions such as the little bag with gold themed gifts, the very tasty teas (especially the roasted one), the good quality toiletries (including special ones for the children)... We had loads of space (2 adults and 3 children) and loved to the Japanese style tatami floor, sitting room (with the low table) and bathroom. The location was perfect as well, only a few minutes walk from the train station & the Omicho market. We enjoyed our stay in Kanazawa and the Weskii hotel so much that we stayed 2 extra nights. Although there is no ""physical" reception (digital check-in), the manager is very helpful, replies to emails promptly and is a pleasure to deal with. I would give more than 10 stars if I I could!

Free washing machine with dryer. It really helps us. A large room with baby bed was good for us too. The location is good. And they provide free parking.

Central location, a few minutes walk from the station. Clean and spacious.

Incredibly large room which was great for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had 4 double beds and still plenty of room for bags etc. Beds were really comfortable and bedding was really luxurious. We were allowed to check in early which really helped with bag storage.
