“Amazing little apartment near Kenroku-en Gardens”
Amazing value for money. Great location - 10 minutes walk to Kenroku-en Gardens and 15 minutes to 21st c Art Gallery. Very clear instructions on how to get there. Owner handled our luggage delivery for us. Very quiet. Cosy once the heater was on.

Amazing place. For the price it's absolutely fantastic. The fixtures are a bit dated but very well maintained. And it's so close to Kenrokuen that is was easy to get there at 7am before it got crowded.

“Good overall, needs improvement for longer stays”
It was easy to check in, well located and comfortable. Nice blackout curtains, not noisy, and overall it was good value for money. I couldn’t find a light switch and they came immediately to help, the staff was great and very responsive.

“Close to the sights in a quiet and easily accessible neighbourhood”
The apartment building is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It's very close to Kanazawa Castle and Kenroku-en Garden. Bus stops are also close by with frequent service to Kanazawa Station. Unless you have luggage, you could also do most on foot as Kanazawa is fairly small and very walkable.

“A good deal for the price”
It is an old apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The manager of the facility was very responsive and he let us check in earlier: very appreciated due to the rain! All the necessities are there and the bus stop is very close, even though the Kenroku-en is nearby walking distance.

“Good value for money - simple Japanese-style apartment”
Good spacious room, some kitchen facilities & I used the building's shared choice laundry machine & dryer, which was a plus. Comfy futons. Very good value for money.

Poor communication for arrival. Not clean. Extremely old accommodation and facilities. Left after 1 night as not satisfactory and refund request was denied by owner.

It was clean indoors, good location and very cheap. On the downside, very thin tatami mats and paper thin walls. We happened to have loud neighbors and was hard to fall asleep. Kitchen was sketchy with super old gas setup and lack of electric sockets. You can't have too many electrical things on at the same time. The biggest downer was outside : it's motel style entrance, so you use outside quite a bit. Very rusty and dirty handrails, was worried about using them when carrying luggage. And yes, no elevator, which is not great, if you have a heavy luggage.
