Loved the decor of this modern Ryokan. Lovely staff . Clean big comfortable rooms. Traditional Japanese breakfast was very good.

The property is new and clean. In the lobby coffee and soft drinks are available for the guest free of charge, which is nice.

“Beautiful hotel in a great location”
Th hotel is really nice. Has a nice deco and ambiance. The location is excellent, walking distance form major sites of interest as well as the market. Breakfast was interesting, but a bit restrictive in that it's only a choice of two set menus. But it was very good. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

Great hotel. The room was lovely. Really enjoyed the amenities including value in bedroom and traditional indoor coat and slippers for walking around the hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable and it was nice to have the option to try either a Japanese breakfast or western. The location is great too, very close to the gardens and palaces and only a 20min walk from the station. Its also very close to omichi market. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again if I was in the area.

Wow what a luxurious place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Amenities were excellent. Lovely welcoming from staff on arrival with a few Aussie jokes! Great location also. Breaky was superb!

The hotel was amazing, from the start to the end. Nice place to relax with a nice Japanese vibe. We even bought their pyjamas! The bathroom had a spa feeling.
