“Excellent hotel, superb location,”
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Really great room and the in room facilities were outstanding. Sunset from the western facing room was incredible.

“Excellent option in Kanazawa”
This hotel exceed my expectations. It offered a large room, with microwave, small fridge, a table with 2 chairs. The staff were very welcoming. It is located within walking distnce to Kanazawa castel. From the train station, you can take a bus (13 min) or walk there (20-25 min). There was a water dispenser and coffee maker in the hotel lobby available free of charge for hotel guests from 6am, and it also had decaf!

“Great location, big bed, friendly staff”
Perfect location, right by the bus stop. Convenience store in 5 min, Castle Park too. The washing machine worked well, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel in the middle of our trip, but it turned out much better than we expected. The room is not big, but the bed was big indeed. Nice view, very happy with everything. We happened to ran into a European receptionist, she helped us with sending our luggage to the next hotel, special thanks.

Superb rooms and facilities, great value for money. Great location, relatively close to the train station and major attractions, and with good bus connections. Great and friendly staff.

“Great value stay in a city that has a great food focus”
Central location, huge king sized bed, handy to restaurants and the market. City Loop bus stops right out front. Good coffee machine downstairs. One of the best value hotel stays we had on our trip (8 accommodation stays)

“Great stay”
Location was great, staff were helpful and cheery, room was actually a decent size compared to the tiny room we experienced in Tokyo, washer/dryer in the room is a massive bonus, and the value for money was amazing. Would stay here again.

“Really lovely hotel!”

“Great value for money”
Great choice for short stay. Amenities are fine, rooms are relatively new, comfy and spacious. Bathroom is convenient and clean, Refa shower-head, blowdryer, and toiletries are super nice addition! Location is really convenient - walking distance to most of the must see spots. Breakfast are nice, they also have an option to experience japanese breakfast: miso soup, rice, omelet, toppings.

“Amazing customer experience and amenities and perfect location.”
The gentleman at the reception on the day we checked in (31 May) was the kindest and most helpful. Best customer experience in Japan. The hotel was well equipped, the room was super nicely decorated. The amenities were ample and the rooms had ReFa hair care products from shampoo and conditioners to hair dryer and even the shower head. 10/10 experience. Location was 10/10. I would love to stay here again.
