Every part of the experience, was easy from start to finish. Breakfast was great with wide variety of food. Very good location close to all of the attractions and easy to get around.. The free shuttle was great too..

Breakfast buffet was fine dining quality, vast array of choice and all great quality. Rooms very spacious for a Japanese hotel. Overall pretty expensive but very much a case of 'you get what you pay for'. Coach shuttle to the train station was a very welcome convenience.

“Great value for money”
This was the most EV-friendly hotel we stayed at in Japan. Every hotel should follow their example: you pay a fixed fee for underground parking and can simply plug in. It’s incredibly practical and customer-friendly. They even provide charging cables if needed. The hotel itself has a refined, sophisticated atmosphere, with excellent staff at every level. A special thank you to the evening concierge for helping us get a table at a fantastic nearby sushi bar. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Great value for money!

“Beautiful and nicely managed hotel right next to the famous Omicho Fish Market”
The hotel feels new and modern. Facilities are well maintained and mostly adequate. It is just a few minutes walk from the famous Omicho Fish Market which is very convenient. There is an underground parking lot which have plenty of spaces, good enough for our large Alphard 8-seater. Rooms are tidy and feels clearn.

This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely garden in the middle. The staff were helpful and spoke English very well. It’s very clean and quite spacious.
