“Wonderful onsen, wonderful breakfast, wonderful service and lovely room.”

Wonderful onsen (best yet), wonderful service, lovely atmosphere and the rooms have a very Japanese aesthetic. The breakfast was amazing, every kind of Japanese dish you could imagine including tempura cooked in front of you. Easy to walk to the museums and Castle gardens. Really exceptional and I wish I’d stayed longer.

In every inch of the aspects they excel, I don't think of a better hotel in Kanazawa than this one. The public Onsen has a natural hot spring water full of health benefits, and they offer various complimentary throughout the day.

I loved this hotel. Great location, short walking distance for all the main attractions. The room was very spacious and confortable, and the onsen was amazing. The breakfast was great as well. All in all, recommend it if you are going to Kanazawa.

Best hotel in Japan! The Osen is amazing, with ice cream provided to help you cool down. We loved the Japanese esthetic of the place. The staff were very nice and provided patches to cover small tattoos.

The onsens were great. Many freebies, like ice cream, ramen, and coffee. The staff are so lovely and helpful.

Very comfy, clean and great location. You can walk anywhere pretty easily. And there are free ice creams, what a treat!

Good location to main sights

The location of this hotel is perfect for all the main attractions in Kanazawa, the fish market is a 3 minute walk and to two main geisha districts are a 20 minute walk along the river. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks a lot for our stay :)

“Great hotel in a very central location”

Very generous breakfast . The only issue in the weekends is that it can get very busy. If you go after 7 am you can have a long wait. The hotel offers free icecreams , noodles for a late snack and probiotic drinks in the morning.

“Calming, zen hotel with great Onsen and handy location”

We loved everything about this property! From the moment you walk in, you feel completely zen. The whole hotel is covered in tatami mats so you take your shoes off on arrival. They provide a pj/chilled clothes set that you can wear around the hotel if you want to and most people wear it to the Onsen. The Onsen was lovely and all amenities thought of - including different shampoos depending on hair type! We also loved the free ice cream after you have used the Onsen. The location was also perfect for us as it was near everything we wanted to see but also in walking distance to the station. Everything in this hotel seemed really considered and we would love to come back!

It was in a prefect location for exploring and close to the Omchio markets. The hotel’s facilities including laundry was very handy.
