“Stylish and comfortable stay in Kanazawa”

We had a great stay at OMO5 Kanazawa. The location is excellent, very convenient for visiting the main attractions of the city and exploring Kanazawa on foot. The hotel has a beautiful and modern design, with a very welcoming atmosphere and many thoughtful details. The amenities were great, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Even though the choice was somewhat limited, the quality of the food was excellent and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, a fantastic option in Kanazawa that combines style, comfort, and a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Room design is stylish and modern, with clean and comfortable pyjama. Appreciated the separate setting of Bathroom and toilet. Btw, location is very good.

Breakfast was ok but would have preferred buffet style and to have had more fruit and yoghurt and no meat/salad. Ie more continental not American

It’s comfortable and simple but quite stylish, feels modern and certaibly clean. Above all Adeline had been fabulously helpful and made a real difference to our trip - all the staff are helpful.

The location, cleanliness and overall positive experience. Within walking distance to the garden, not far from the market and food stalls in Astro shopping centre. Night time stay off the red light district but you venture out eating places like gyoza across the road, other restaurants around the alley way.

Size of the room was great, storage for bags and places to hang bags and jackets, close to the train station by bus and short walk to the castle and gardens!

We loved the set out of the room, they used the space they had so well. It was super clean and nice and quiet. The bathroom and loo were great too

The location was convenient, within walking distance to malls and restaurants. The property has self-service laundry facility which only accepts credit card payments.

The hotel is very modern, the room was comfortable and spacious, with an interesting design. The surrounding area is brimming with shopping opportunities, bars and restaurants, as well as several cultural highlights within (10-15 min) walking distance (Kenroku-en gardens, Kanazawa castle, Myouryuji temple, Nomura-ke Samurai heritage residence, 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art). The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered a small tea tasting in the evening, which was a welcome addition to our schedule. Returning to Kanazawa, I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing customer experience! Great design! Very comfortable bed and clean room. Spacious and sound proof. Staff is super friendly. Location is perfect with transports and close to main tourist attractions and shopping. Laundry facilities. Recommend it!

Hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms were huge! They were also offering a free tea and sweets event in the evening. You could go and try some local tea made in a traditional way, alongside some classic Japanese sweets. Such a lovely touch. Location was perfect too!
