Beautiful modern Jap minimalist design - staff were very helpful and friendly - beds were comfortable, clean room and shower facilities - great additional facilities for guests to use - shared and very peaceful dining area on a couple of levels with microwave, filtered water, tea facilities, plus laundry facilities. - lobby had complimentary refreshments during a certain time and live music in weekend! - location was great with convenient stores and bus stop nearby, and a short walk away from many main sights.

- Great location, all key sites within a 20min walk, very clean - Friendly and helpful staff - Our teenage kids loved the bunks in the loft room, ample space for 4 people - Free self serve drinks (beer, tea, coffee etc) every day btw 2pm to 10pm in hotel lobby - Coin laundry inside the property
