“A comfortable”
Very nice hotel with a very handy regular shuttle bus to and fro from station. The staff were exceptional it has to be said. Very relaxing and seves a super choice for breakfast.

Quiet area lovely ambience inside the hotel with inner garden courtyard. Onsen tick vg. Rooms very good. Breakfast good. Shuttle to railway. A bit of a double edged sword because location is away from popular Kanizawa sights but if you have chosen this hotel then you won't mind a taxi ride or to 2.

Ultra friendly and absolutely immaculate staff and facilities. Rooms good size and bathroom excellent. Station transfers every 30 mins. Art on display very interesting.

Loved the quiet atmosphere, the beautiful onsen and breakfast. Shuttle bus was excellent and staff helpful.

“Beautiful and comfortable hotel”
Great service, for example they will let you drop your suitcase off to the shuttle bus and arrive the hotel later. Nice decor, spacious room, excellent breakfast with both japanese and western choice, great attention to details. Very friendly and helpful staff. The onsen has nice design. It's kind of cute that they will show the national flags of the guests at the reception as a way to welcome us.

“Relaxing”
Spacious rooms. Very nice amenities. Public bath was really comfortable as well. Location is a little far from the main city. A shuttle is provided almost every hour. The hostess was beyond accommodative. Breakfast was great as well.

“Overall, highly recommended to stay in this hotel if you’re in Kanazawa.”
The property is beautiful, clean and the indoor garden is beautiful. I like the washing and dryer machine available for guests use. We got a corner family room which is so nice and comfortable. Overall, we like this hotel. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is one of the best in the whole trip of all the hotels.
