Friendly staff and good service. We booked 4 rooms & all were upgraded during check In. Very comfortable rooms with nice views. Each rooms came with 2 toilets/shower which was convenient for my group. Breakfast was nice too. Glad to have chosen this hotel.

Lovely place to stay in Kanazawa - we wish we had more than one night! Hotel staff were very helpful in sending our bags to our next hotel. We also got upgraded to a nicer room which is always a positive.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were given a huge room with a separate dressing room and bathroom. The beds were big and very comfortable. The room included a coffee machine and a kettle for tea. Breakfast was delicious, served in the beautiful restaurant on the top floor, overlooking the temples and greenery. We were treated to wine and soft drinks during happy hour. The staff was very, very friendly. Overall, we felt very special. Thank you for such excellent service.

The room was fantastic! Very spacious! Completely different from the normal hotel rooms I've seen in Japan. The staff are even more kind and courteous than I've seen in Japan. Finally, the hotel has a refinement that is no longer found in the vast majority of hotels. And for a 4-star hotel, I would say it doesn't exist anywhere else. The breakfast is also excellent!

The staff was excellent. Very helpful, they helped me post out something domestically when it was a public holiday and the post offices were closed. Breakfast was very nice, on the top floor with good views and the food spread and drinks variety were wide and excellent. Parking was very convenient and our room was large with a proper desk and chairs.

The hotel was very centrally located, with all key attractions for a first time visitor being walkable from the hotel. The hotel itself was well equipped. The staff were exceptional - attentive and kind. We also received a free room upgrade which was so generous. I would return and recommend to anyone!

Great hotel. The location was awesome. There was plenty of reasonably priced parking around if you are driving. The rooms are a larger than most.

I paid an incredible price per night and it included an amazing breakfast! To top it off, they informed me they had upgraded my room free of charge and it was huge! I had a very pleasant stay here.

The hotel is very well located, near the castle. The staff is super competent and accommodating. They bring our luggage in the room for us prior the check in. The room is very big and equipped with all necessary and even more. The price for the night was super cheap, especially given the place and the services. Super suggested.
