Great location within few minutes walk to the main station. The public bath. Friendly and attentive staff!

Very close to the station. If you like to walk, you can also walk to the castle 🏯 I loved the breakfast, the Japanese one. I have no idea what exactly was on my plate, but it was good. My husband liked the hot springs as well. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go there :(

The Onsen was really nice. We had good connections to visit other places.

The location was superb just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful station and bus station which had lots of eating options within it or at the focus store right next door. The public bath was amazing with outdoor and indoor bath plus steam room and massage bubbles. Room good andcno oise from trains. Breakfast choice of western or Japanese set meal Lus many buffet extras ,breads , yogurt, salad etc would love to stay again and revisit this lovely city

Location is close to everything you need. Price not bad. I didn’t use the public bath or gym. I like that they offered free noodles from 9:30-10:45pm every night. Handy if you get caught with no dinner or can’t be bothered to go out. I didn’t try it though.

The communal bath, the free ramen in the evening, the lobby with a beautiful garden behind the reception counter, the beautiful old furniture in the lounge etc.

“Nice stay at Kanazawa”

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located near Kanazawa Station. The internal onsen offers a wonderful taste of an authentic Japanese experience. Breakfast is excellent, with a choice between Japanese and American options each morning. The staff is extremely kind and professional; they even refunded my remaining nights when I had to cut my trip short, despite having a non-refundable booking. Super recommended.

Front desk and cleaning staff were extremely nice and helpful. Close to station, very clean, and washing machines inside the hotel ! The bed is not the most comfortable with these sheets but manageable, also space more than enough for one person.

Good onsen with fun features like a strong bubble massage, herbal steam room, aside from the usual indoor and outdoor pools. Walking distance from the main train station and from our car rental (Oriz).

The onsen facility. You'll be able to enjoy the normal onsen, next to it a nice whirlpool and next to it to cool down a stone cold bath. It is as depicted. Meaning shower first before taking a bath. Also it's 5 minutes from the station. Ideal to do a quick Pokemon Center Kanazawa round of grab something to eat at the foodcourt plaza nearby.

Close to the station and buses… and 7/11, great facilities, delicious breakfast, lovely staff. The option to have room cleaned which we have not seen at other hotels we’ve stayed in Japan. They also provided a massage cushion in the room which was honestly so great after a long day of walking!

Location was great. It was 5 minutes by walking from the main station. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was not good. I thought it was buffet. but it was only 2 types of food. western and japanese. japanese food is fish, miso soup and rice. Western was just egg and ham.

Very good location. The hotel was fancier than expected, with very good and well kept facilities. The onsen and public baths were a great plus. Wish we could have stayed longer.
