“For this price - OK.”
It is a little bit far from city center, 30 mins by car. Hotel is old, but if you need bed and big rooms - this place for you. But hotel need to be refurbished.

“Excellent value, nice staff. This place was lovely to stay at and it had free parking.”
I got an excellent room with many windows on a high floor, the room was well equipped, and the staff were really helpful. Plus it had free parking

The staff were polite and helpful. The room was comfortable, and good quality amenities were provided. The tap water was safe to drink. The room and water heating were also good. The breakfast was exceptional. There were multiple elevators, which were quite fast. There was a small store next to the reception, where you could buy souvenirs, snacks and gacha. I could comfortably walk barefoot on the tatami floor.

“An "international" hotel which has seen better days”
The hotel is adjacent to a hilly forest, so there are good views out big windows. The bathtub is longer than most in Japan.
