The staff were amazing, really helpful and accommodating. The hot springs baths were lovely after a day of walking. The location is great for all the tourists hotspots.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional especially a young woman at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with the language barrier. She was exceptionally kind throughout our stay, even offering to help us with our luggage on our last day. The ryokan is clean, unique, and full of charm, and the onsen are a real added value. The hotel feels authentic and is well located, close to the gardens and the city center. The only minor downside was a slight smell in the hallway.

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel. I love its location and its traditional vibe. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Love the onsen.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the gardens and castle, and a 10-minute Uber from Kanazawa Station. The rooms were a really good size, and the hotel amenities were great. It was nice to have access to an onsen on the property. The hotel also has a laundry where you can do your own washing (coin-operated machine). I would stay there again.

We opted for a traditional room, and were very happy with our choice! It's a lovely hotel in a convenient location for walking around Kanazawa. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with lots of different options. Would stay again

It’s a traditional slightly old fashioned hotel, close to the Castle and the Kenrokuen gardens, one of three great gardens of Japan. It’s a short walk to the Geisha district too. Lovely music recital, Very friendly and helpful staff and nice onsen too.

Very helpful and welcoming staff who helped with our luggage and took it to our room. Staff helpful and catered to all our needs. Liked the seating area in our room to allow us to sit and relax in our room when needed.

Everything. It's not real 5 stars actually , 3+ maybe. But it's price corresponds very well to it quality. Better than average business hotel. Hot onset is a pleasant complement.

A very comfortable stay in this fine hotel. Well situated, a few minutes walk to the castle and garden, lovely staff, large comfortable room, excellent breakfast. The Onsen in the basement is well equipped and a great pleasure to use.

Overall, it’s a pretty good option. The breakfast was really great and very diverse, with a lot of local dishes.
