“A great place to stay in Kanazawa!”
The location was close to the main attractions in Kanazawa. The owner was very helpful. He recommended some restaurants near by and which sights to go to. At the end of our stay he even offered to drive us to the railway station - for free! A perfect end of a perfect stay!

“An excellent guesthouse with well designed communal areas”
Excellent host, helpful and informative, but not intrusive. Really good communal areas with cooking facilities. Handy for the geisha district and central areas.

“Beautiful guesthouse in Kanazawa with extremely kind host”
This gorgeous guesthouse is located right in the Higashi Chaya District and is incredibly easy to get to everywhere else by foot in Kanazawa. Shuji is the kindest host, the accomodation is clean, quiet and comfortable. I really enjoyed my 3 nights here and would have stayed longer! Shuji was kind enough to drop me at the bus station. I will definitely stay again when in Kanazawa and would recommend to all.

An amazing place made even better by the incredibly Shuji-San. From the warm welcome to thoughtful local tips, every moment felt personal and genuine. The space was spotless, cozy, and full of charm. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had — highly recommend!

“Great value for money guesthouse.”
The guesthouse had very clean rooms and the shared bathroom, toilets, and other shared rooms were all very clean too! The best part is Mr. Shuji, the guesthouse owner, who gave us a very warm welcome and also helped us plan our days. He even brought us to the main station by car. All in all: a very clean guesthouse, and a very kind and helpful guesthouse owner. 10/10 please stay here

Easy access to main attractions. The room, toilet and common areas were spotless and cleaned. The host, Shuji San is very kind and helpful. He messaged us the information with illustration on how to take the bus with photos to reach his guesthouse. On our check out day, he even drove us to the train station to put our luggage in the locker and after that dropped us off to the place that we requested. Thank you Shuji San!

“Very kind host”
The host is extremely nice!! When i arrived he helped me reserve a bus to Shirakawa-go, and even ended up driving me to the station. Without his help I never would've been able to go. The common spaces are clean, and there's also a separate shower and toilet for women.

“Recommend for 2-3 nights in Kanazawa”
Very kind owner, easy to contact. The toilets are shared but there is plenty of them in the guesthouse. Everything is super clean. Location is in old geisha district, around 15 minutes walk to the central market and to Kanazawa Castle
