It was a cozy, clean and spacious studio apartment with washer/dryer. We loved the welcome gift especially the baguette. It was delicious! They also provided drinks (apple juice, milk, coffee and tea), japanese soup sachets, breakfast cereals and some snacks which were accessible 24 hours!

“Great value for money stay in such a beautiful city”
The facilities are so great and we really love everything that we had including the free coffee, sliced bread and very nice blueberry jam which were provided for free.

“Modern spacious apartment. Comfortable to stay”
The room are very spacious, modern and comfy. We got all we need in the room. The staff are very helpful. You can have a free snack, coffee, juice or milk at the lobby. They also provide a boardgame to rent. If we come back to Kanazawa, this is our first choice to stay

The reception staff were fantastic. Lovely crew who were happy and helpful. They were very warm and friendly to our little 4 year old boy The size of the room was a big, nice to stretch out and also a bonus having a washing machine and steam drying room to reset after a busy schedule leafing up to Kanazawa

One of the best hotels I’ve been to, in Japan. The receptionist was amazing with us and the room was just perfect. Really reccomend.

“Highly recommend for staying in Kanazawa”
It was pretty spacious, clean, and the welcome kit was delicious! There's a free drink/snack bar in the lobby, everything was clean and there were lots of options. Staff was attentive and even borrowed us umbrellas when the weather started to change. I'll stay there again when I'm back in Kanazawa!

“Value for money with 5star staff”
The staff at Inova was great as they attended to our request very promptly and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Namely Shiori who was attentive to our needs and Miko who went the distance to drive us to Kanazawa station when it was raining and no taxis were available. 5 stars to them.
