“A spacious and peaceful place.”

A really large and spacious room. Compared to the size of rooms in Tokyo, this one seemed huge. The hotel is located near the station. It’s very easy to get to. The room’s windows faced the car park, which ensured peace and quiet, even with the windows open. A very generous breakfast selection.

The breakfast was exceptional. I especially loved the curry sauce, shredded cabbage, katsu, tiny cakes, and the nicest coffee I’ve had this trip. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed the bathing experience. Wonderful stay!

The deluxe double room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was huge for Japan. The onsen was lovely. Being so close to the station was perfect for us.

“Value for money hotel in a good location for city connections & day-trips”

The location of the hotel is excellent if you are mobile - right beside the train station, so perfect for city connections (Tokyo, Nagano, Kyoto) & day trips (Shirakawago, Takayama). It is also a short walk from the main areas in Kanazawa (e.g. 25-30 minute walk from the castle, Kenroku-en Garden & Higashi Chaya District). Great value for money.

“Clean, close to the station, good room size, good breakfast”

Room was nice and clean, and quite large with three separate spaces (bedroom, toilet and especially large wet room with bathtub and shower). You can fit an opened suitcase (with some effort). Breakfast was very good in comparison to other hotels in Japan (but not excellent). I was having western option, cornflakes with milk, jogurt and quite good latte from coffee machine. Getting to and from the hotel to the station was very fast (5 min without the suitcase). Just exit from the station through the West Exit (Port exit), look to the left and you will see an underground passage - just go straight forward without taking any turns to reach the hotel. There is an elevator at the beginning and at the end of the passage which is great if you are carrying luggage.

“Tasty breakfast”

This is our second time staying in this hotel, the price we paid this time is more reasonable compare to our previous stay, so it felt more "value for money". Decoration of the hotel was very artistic, could tell they put in a lot of effort. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of Japanese and Western breakfast. Dining area was bright with big windows.

This hotel being just a stone’s throw away from the train station was a must for me, as I was traveling solo with luggage. It also made it easy to move on to my next destination. It is a bit further from the city center, but still easily walkable. The room was spacious enough, and having a separate sink with a mirror outside of the bathroom made it easier to get ready for daily activities. The bed was comfortable, and the linen felt clean and fresh. A big plus for having water bottles exchanged every day, ensuring you start and end your day hydrated. The buffet-style breakfast was good, although it did not offer many vegetarian options—still enough to get you ready for the day ahead. The konbini just outside the hotel was great for when you needed a little something on the go.
