The best hotel we had this journey in Japan. The Staff was supportive the hotel was clean and the aircon was really pleasant. (usually they are very harsh in japanese hotels)

Modern, new, fresh, clean lovely decor in the room and a brilliant seperate bathroom and toilet set up. Close to Kanazawa Station and local attraction - very convenient. Front desk staff highly attentive, professional and helpful at all times. Classy foyer and dining section with art and craft displays and comfortable seating. We really liked this hotel - all class.

Clean, modern hotel located close to the station. The onsen is a nice feature, although it is quite small. The breakfast is good. It would have been even better if some members of the staff had been more attentive, especially to make special occasions feel more memorable and enhance the overall guest experience.

Hotel is right next to train and bus station so it is really convenient to reach station by foot also with luggage. We also used private Onsen twice per our stay. We also visited restaurant and we can only recommend.

Perfect place to explore Kanazawa. Beautiful hotel, lovely onsen and well appointed rooms. Has everything you need, and loved being close to the station.

Reception were really helpful and stored our luggage after check-out until the end of the day for us. The room itself was a good enough size and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great too!

Very good location near Kanazawa central station, but there wasn't any traffic noise because it's in nearby side street. The services and room are top quality. Onsen is also great and clean. You can even track the status of washing machine and onsen capacity on TV inside your room. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Kanazawa!
