“No complaints. Great hotel and will return”
We asked for a room upgrade on arrival which was immediately responded to and the upgrade was agreed to. We moved rooms and had a 28th floor room facing west with magnificent views of the city, the bay and amazing sunsets.

“Overall a pleasant stay”
Location was near to Kanazawa Station, across from 7-11, and near to restaurants and shopping mall. The room was also spacious and comfortable. Staff were polite and helped to book restaurants for me.

An amazing hotel!!! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly attentive and will go out of their way to help you. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very tasty - serving a wide range of food. It is located close to the train station which is handy for travellers with suitcases. I would definitely stay here again!!
