“Truly wonderful experience with warm staff - an unforgettable experience”

Hotel is located in lovely part of town with plenty of shops and amenities around. Suited half way between station and start of shopping area and not far from tourist spots. Hotel has beautiful architectural features with fabulous amenities in the room and by reception. The dango and grape juice were delicious! The staff truly made the stay unforgettable and were always so warm, friendly and thoughtful. Out of all the hotels we stayed on our trip to Japan I will not forget Kanazawa Zoushi

“A fantastic boutique hotel. I would definitely stay there again”

This is a really stylish hotel on a quiet side street. It is easily accessible from the main railway station with a ten minute walk along wide pavements - easy to drag a suitcase along - and close to Omicho Market. Indeed, we found it easy to walk to nearly all of the main tourist sites from the hotel. The room was pretty, clean and quiet with good facilities. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and you can get free noodles in the evening, if you wish. Highly recommended

“Fantastic ryokan style stay with a modern twist in the heart of Kanazawa”

Excellent hotel close to Kanazawa station for all the sights, and round the corner from Omicho market which was fantastic! This is a modern twist on a ryokan - it feels like a hotel but is very boutique in nature and decorated Japanese style. The rooms are beautifully furnished, comfortable and have everything you need including a fantastic rainfall shower and comfortable beds. Free drinks, sweets, and food. The staff make you feel very welcome and the room is quiet. I can’t rate this place highly enough for the money we paid.

Our best stay in Japan so far. With many thanks to the hospitable and wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast and great free drinks and evening Udon in the lounge. The beds were very comfortable and the location was really good. If we come back to Japan we will definitely stay again!

Lovely decor throughout the building and bedroom, including a water fountain in the breakfast area. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each day. We loved our stay here!

Loved our stay here. The hotel was very nice and cozy, with traditional decoration, yet it felt quite new. The rooms were comfortable and clean. A highlight was the bathroom, combining traditional japanese and western styles, with a spacious bath. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm, and we were even given a small personalized gift at check-out. The location was also great, we could walk from the train station and reach almost all the main areas of Kanazawa on foot. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kanazawa.
