The aesthetics of the apartment, new design construction, beautiful bedding, the staff was very kind and nice and helped me with everything I needed, the location is very quiet, there are no mosquitoes, there is an electric stove and oven, good internet, and a work area. If you're looking for a quiet location that's not close to the city center, it's worth checking out, if things don't bother you
