There was an issue with the AC in my original suite- the Manager gave us a new suite with upgrade to half board and access to the other suite pending AC repair- the team were excellent in resolving and compensating for the initial AC problems to ensure we had a wonderful stay- It was also wonderful to see the staff members coming from different backgrounds and abilities showing the ethics and compassion adopted at the hotel. Thank you

“Ground floor room”
This is our second time in the hotel, we booked it because we loved it the previous year. The location is perfect as you’re 3min away from the first beach and there’s a boat operating hourly taking you to and from the town. And while the breakfast offer is almost the same each day, the offer is great and there’s variety of options each morning.

“Stay at La Piscine or the bortzie”
Stuff with a rude. The room air-conditioning didn’t work the curtain didn’t cover the window. And it was the most sterile hotel that I’ve ever set footing in my life walked out after 12 hours.
