It's modern and spotless, with all the necessary facilities, including private, clean bathrooms. Additionally, it offers a shared kitchen and washing machine. I highly recommend this place!

“It is worth the price.”
I've stayed here twice. The first time I arrived late at night, but I was greeted well. It’s a nice, clean house, a quiet, pleasant place. You can always contact a very friendly and helpful host if you need anything. Not everyone may like the location, but with affordable taxi fares in Yerevan (e.g. Yandex.Taxi) there are no problems with getting around.
