“It doesn't meet my expectations”
The actual house is far from the pictures. The facilities are old. I've booked a month early, but they chose to ask me about how many total pax will stay a day before (which payment already made through apps). Yes, my fault does not indicate how many pax initially because I don't know how many will come. But when I said about 15, he was surprised and said that I needed to pay additional money for more than 8 people. He doesn't give me time to explain as he keeps talking about the additional cost he needs to bear for more pax (in an angry tone). Actually, the guests are 8 adults and 7 children, but I don't have the opportunity to tell him so. With the price I paid - RM500(RM420+RM80(extra)), I expect the facilities are great because the pictures in this app look promising, and the rating is high. However, when I checked in, the towel was small, and the bedsheets seemed very old. The aircond is functioning but not as cold as it should be. He told me to let him know if something was wrong, but if I told him the aircond not cold at 1.00 a.m., I don't think he can fix it. To summarise, this was the worst stay I ever booked via this app.

“Amazing and will repeat”
Love the layout and the cleanliness of the house. So well take care and can repeat them for the next one. The boss stayed there would like to give out 5 out of 5.
