The staff are very nice and helpful always ready to assist. The tours that the hotel is offering have good rates. The roof top offers a nice and relaxing view.

“Excellent suite”
Just had 2 nights here. Thought the large suite with 2 balconies I had was excellent. A quiet location, apart from music from bar area upstairs. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful & friendly.

The room was above a chicken farm with three cockerels making noise all night. Little sleep. When arrived the lift was broken so had to carry luggage up four flights of stairs.

“Passable, large room but don't book for the gym!”
We had a full suite with two balconies, which was very unexpected and made the stay pleasant enough. The staff were also helpful and attentive on the front desk and helped us book local transport. We liked that you can fill up water from the dispenser in reception.

The welcoming reception lady was so helpful and arranged bike hire. Nothing was too much. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. A great place and not so far from the centre. Quiet with great views over the mountains and lotus lily farms
