“Simple accommodation with fast internet and fantastic food”
The food available at the Hideout is the real standout. Lance serves excellent Khmer and Western food. His staff are excellent. The accommodation is basic but a great deal for the price. The internet is both stable and fast.

Everything went very good during our stay. Our experience though is not about the room we had booked because the guests just before us had broken down the door. We were very glad that the owner found a way to host us still. He gave us an apartment which was much bigger than what we need. The bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The scooty rental was available and easy to arrange.

“City centre, but lovely green little back yard”
Great little backyard but city centre location. We loved having the very simple but functional outdoor kitchen and safe scooter parking. Friendly host who tries to make things possible. Great space in the room and huge bed. Would definitely return.

A secluded oasis in the middle of town. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and wifi is excellent. The restaurant and bar is conveniently located on the street front.The food is fresh & delicious. I enjoy staying at The Hideout. Definitely value for money ,a friendly welcoming place for a solo traveler.

Very nice place, the room looks like a real studio with everything you need inside, fridge, hot water, comfortable king size bed, AC and fan... The place is very clean and the owner very friendly and helpful. You also have a terrace with table and chair with a lot of tropical plant. I would definitely come back here next time.

As a ptsd sufferer I found this place to be an oasis of peace and tranquility..clean rooms..lance the owner and darren were helpful to any of my needs and a shout out to the local khmer ladies who keep things ticking over..many thanks..
