“Very, very nice stay so far (I booked another week that will probably be a third one as well ;-)”

Very nice place with excellent, helpful staff. Best budget place around here is my guess. It's held extremly clean every day and the internet as well as the bed is super! whatever problem you get the manager will help you out. A place with fantastic takeaway food is just straight out the small street outside is Shrey Neang and the woman with the store on the corner on the other side of the street keep really low prices. Lucky Express is quite close and is a supermarket that has most of your needs and it's like a 15 minute walk down to Riverside which is perfect for my diabetes. Motorbikes are rented out cheap, just not to old guys like me, and they also rent out bicycles. Nice, slow and quiet road outside.

The host was very welcoming and he went above and beyond to help us. We could not say thank you enough.

“Clean and great value room with a friendly owner”

Really great owner who was super friendly and happy to help with everything from scooter hire to booking buses. Room was great value and nice and cool even without AC. Good location too being walked distance from the main town.

It was perfect. Walkable distance from city centre and restaurants Renting motorbike to explore around like Kep and Bokor. Bus tickets with hotel pick-up. Slept very good even with just the fan on. And the host was friendly.

Amazing service, the owner is really kind and can help you with whatever you need. Motorcycles and bikes can be rented directly from the property. The place is also quiet and within walking distance from the city center :)

In a great location which was also very quiet and relaxing. Fantastic host who allowed us to rent motorbikes on the property and would always check in to see how we were doing when leaving or coming back to the property! Great value for money!

Good location close to the action but quiet. Well priced and the host is a really lovely person.

Quiet guesthouse about 10-15 mins walk from the action, depending on where you want to go. Being outside of the town, it's much quieter. The manager is helpful, efficient and attentive.

Kind, lovely and helpful staff. Big and clean room. Very hot water in the shower. Possibility to have bus ticket and to rent motorbike or bycicle. The owner speaks both english and french.

The manager is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a simple but wonderful place. I would definitely come again! The motorbike rental was also really smooth and good value for money.

Large, clean rooms. Soaps waferthin, water a bit temperamental.

Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy. Fan worked well wasn’t too hot during the night. Good location, especially with a moped. Could rent moped from the guesthouse for 5 dollars per day. Got our laundry done too. Great stay and definitely worth the money! Host was so so lovely went above and beyond to explain how things worked around the property and room and gave us great advice on where we was going. Was there to help with anything and everything! Every evening when we got back he would rush to the gate to open it for us even when he didn’t have to!! Lovely man!

Clean rooms, close to the center... Ideal if you prefer quiet places. You cannot make noise at night..
