“Decent value for the money”

So the staff is super friendly, that's the first thing you will notice. Helpful via WhatsApp and when we had problems with our first room they helped immediately. We were able to use the washing machine for free to do a small laundry, which was super nice. they have free water, coffee and tea available all day long. The location is ok, just on the other side of town, but within easy walking distance! The rooms have some chairs, desk etc and of course fans against the heat.

All good, clean comfortable, perfect location, great hosts- helpful & welcoming. Communal tea/coffee making facilities & fridge, copious chilled water (all free), excellent shady roof with hammock, armchairs & clothes-drying facilities. Seriously good teabags!!

“Fabulous”

Such a lovely place to stay. Noel and Gilly were very welcoming and gave us a map and good recommendations. The room was very cozy, so nice to have lamps as well as a main light and loved having 2 pillows each! The fan kept our room at a lovely temperature and we both enjoyed the shower which was refreshing but not that cold. Great rooftop area to chill. Free washing machine, space to dry on the roof, free tea/coffee and water. Very good location just across the bridge. Overall fantastic value.

“A nice private place close to everything”

The owners are really nice and thoughtful as well as the cleaning lady. The bed felt very clean and was so comfortable. Location is nice and there’s a possibility to wash laundry on the rooftop as well as a cheap laundry service on the neighbor. The rooftop looks nice for chilling. There’s a fridge, nice common area and fresh water available all the time. Location is very easy. The owner took time to show me the best locations of the city from the map and I really appreciate it. The owner even took me to my next guest house with a scooter (would have stayed here longer, but the place was full).

Very nice place, clean and cosy, with all you need. Close to the center, it is very convenient to reach any place in Kampot. Moreover, the owner is very helpful, extremely kind and attentive, he gives his time to customers. We absolutely recomand this place !

It is a very quiet and calm place to stay in. Very nice couple. The place is at walking distance from the city centre. There is a nice lobby/living room to chill in, Free water, tea and instant coffee

quiet and sweet. lovely rooftop for sunsets and coffee in the morning. Enjoyed having a kettle, tea and coffee available at all times with a washing machine you can use for free!

Gilly and Noel are wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect, just across the old bridge so really close to town, easy walking distance. Very clean and with a rooftop area where there is a nice breeze while lying in the hammock. Excellent value for money!
