“Don’t miss staying here”

Ben and his family are running an amazing guest house on the beautiful river. We had a river front room with steps down into the water. It was just perfect, big decks to sit on outside our room, delicious food, feee kayaks and a great motor bike to hire. Ben was so helpful over our flights being cancelled due to war in the ME which we really appreciated.

A lovely riverside location where you could watch the world go by on the river. Situated outside the hustle and bustle of Kampot with a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to town Great seeing the fisherman first thing in the morning. Cute cabin with outside picnic table and hammock. Breakfast is charged extra per item. However our 3 night stay was totally spoilt on the last night by a group of 16 guests who came for one night to celebrate a birthday….. loudly. Loud rap type music from 3pm to 11:30pm was akin to torture. The owners offered to move us 2 doors down but it wouldn’t have muted the sound unfortunately. These groups are common here so I would check before you book if you are looking for a peaceful stay. Personally I was surprised that guests are allowed to do this and take over the place especially when others are staying. Maybe they should book exclusively if they want to party.

A peaceful, river location, 10 minute tuk tuk journey out of Kampot itself, away from the noise. Ben and his family, and staff, made me feel at home and the food was delicious. The room was simple and perfect with a very comfortable bed.

“Peaceful, relaxing, quiet”

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast portion was big. Motorbikes are available to rent. Kayaks are free for guests to use. Ben, the owner was very friendly & helpful. He arranged for transportation into the city to delivery me to the bus depot.

“Great Experience!”

The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view of the river and nature, away from the city noise but less than ten minutes from the city by scooter or tuk-tuk. Watching the sunrise from the bed and having breakfast on the balcony by the river were great experiences. The staff were kind and very helpful. Thank you for the cake and the nice surprise for my partner. The breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The scooter we rented was of good quality and safe for the tours we did, which is why it was more expensive than others in the city I would definitely come back!

Ben and his team always went the extra mile to make my stay truly enjoyable. I felt very welcome from start to finish, and everything was taken care of with great attention and warmth. A highly recommended, cosy place — I would happily stay here again.

Our family had a amazing 3 nights at Kampot Riverfront. We wish we stayed longer. Its a nice place to relax after a day of site seeing. Ben is very accommodating and helped us with booking transfer to our next destination. We would highly recommend Kampot Riverfront!! Can't wait to go back.

“Peaceful and relaxing riverside stay.”

This is such a gem of a place to stay in Kampot. Location is great, just out of town so it’s quiet and peaceful to sit riverside, while easy quick Grab into the centre of town. The owner Ben and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious, i am still dreaming about their lok lak sauce. The room was perfect for our stay, comfortable bed and plenty of options to sit outside and watch the river. We also enjoyed the tour that they booked for us.

Really nice and quiet place next to the river. We could use the kayak and a quite big SUP for free; it was fun.

Beautiful location right by the river, but that's about it.

Itwas incredibly beautiful. Ben is the perfect host. His son Charlie is so entertaining. We felt like part of the family. We want to come back as soon as possible.

“Charming and super-friendly family run hotel”

In a beautiful location 10 minutes upriver from Kampot. We were treated like family from the moment we arrived. Even by Cambodia’s high standards of hospitality, Ben and his family and staff are super helpful and knowledgeable and the irrepressible Charlie provides non-stop entertainment. The on-site food and drink were great and the riverside location quiet and relaxing. (We used the excellent Guide come tuk-tuk driver Ny for two full days. He comes highly recommended for his enthusiasm, knowledge and English. Much better value than the mass tours on offer in Town). All in all and great few days.

The staff were all SO friendly. The location is out of town a bit but easily reached by a tuk tuk or scooter. Lovely rooms.

The view of the river front from the room is incredibly beautiful and it’s close to so many mountains that you can explore by motorbike or car, they also let you use the Kayak for free on the river front which is awesome.
