“Escape the City – Relax in Green Kampot Hills”

We had a great stay at Camping Kampot! This lovely green campsite, nestled in the peaceful hills outside the city, is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Kampot. Though it’s a little out of town, it’s easily reached by tuk-tuk — and well worth the short ride. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, surrounded by nature, making it a great place to unwind. The owner is incredibly friendly, helpful, and flexible — always around with a smile and ready to assist with anything you need. One of the highlights? The natural swimming pond! There’s nothing better than jumping in for a refreshing dip during or after a hot day. If you're looking for tranquility and a taste of nature just outside the city, Camping Kampot is an absolute gem!

I loved this camp site, it is magical, peaceful and very rural, the views of the mountains are beautiful the bird song,, frogs croaking and crickets are just amazing it was like an orchestra, I have never heard anything like it. The owners was away due to the birth of their new baby ( I got to meet him the day before I left) however David stayed in touch by wats app still arranging tuk tuks and my boat ticket for when I left, which I was very grateful for. The groundsman was there and he was always smiling and brought food to my bungalow, sorted ice box etc... The actual bungalow tent was perfect I didn't have any bites and had a fan, the bed was very comfortable. The showers are exceptional like power showers, I loved this place and would recommend. The location is perfect for hiking and the locals are lovely 😍 and always say hello

It's a basic place where you stay close to nature. You will hear (and see) loads of wildlife around you. Staff was kind.

Great camping, you'll need a motorbike to enjoy the stay. The bed is grea, with mosquitos net and you have a locker for your stuff. Shower and toilets are perfect. A lot of place to chill and hang out. The restaurant do great food, and breakfast if needed. The staff is really nice, and there is also nice cats and dogs around.

Great spot, very relax and peaceful. It's a bit far from town, but you're close to the mountains and a waterfall. I would definitely recommend it.

Friendly staff, comfy beds and beautiful scenery. Some great dirt biking tracks nearby.

The place is stunningly beautiful. David the owner is super cool and nice. One of the best places I have ever stayed. 100% recommend it.

It was quite interesting to stay in bamboo hut in the middle of the field surrounded with nature. The mattress was comfortable and had under-bed locker for your backpack. Attentive owner. Helped with my laundry.
