The breakfast was very good and the location was very central, allowing for easy access to the places we wished to visit. The owner/host was gracious, thoughtful, and flexible. We felt that we were in a home rather than a hotel, while afforded all the privacy we wished.

Wonderful French building in the heart of Kampot and few meters from the river. Pascal is running the hotel with a lot of lovely touches, from the forniture to the kindness and availability for any question and recommendation. The breakfast was very good and served in the very enjoyable patio on the front. We would definitely recommend and it would be a pleasure to come back.

The property was beautifully presented. The rooms were large, comfortable with excellent decor. The breakfast was delicious and so fresh, the bakerie selection exceptional. Pasqual and his team were charming and could not do enough to assist and made excellent restaurant recommendations.

It’s a stunning French colonial building, decorated beautifully. Everywhere was clean and cool and the staff were extremely helpful and understanding. Breakfast was delicious - French pastries. Fruit, juice and coffee.

Pascal, Jerome and staff made us feel very welcome throughout our whole stay. The decor of the hotel is tastefully and perfectly matched to the Art Deco style. Breakfast was generous and fresh with bottomless cups of freshly brewed coffee. We enjoyed speaking with Pascal who shared his love for Cambodia and interesting stories. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay. It was perfect!

A charming, old colonial house, one block from the river. Very convenient to explore the neighborhood and adjacent restaurants. We were very impressed by the decoration which was very artistic. The staff are kind and helpful.
