We booked a hotel 3 weeks in advance. They confirmed our reservation and charged us 7 days before our arrival. We came from far away and found the hotel closed. They didn't apologize or warn us in advance. They simply weren't working. And now they haven't been able to approve a refund for several days. This is terrible service.

“Nice staff and clean but that’s about it.”
The staff were lovely. The place was very clean and the young man was very helpful taking my husband to the ATM. He helped arrange a taxi for the next day. Shower was great.
