The accommodation was very close to the jetty place . The hotel staff named Zafeeq was very helpful and friendly . He helped us with everything. We had a snorkeling tour with him and he gave us a very good tour . The environment near our room was very quiet and relaxing. Once again I thank you Zafeeq for your great work .

Quiet and close to the nicest part of the beach. Ina went out of her way to book ferry tickets for 10 of us. The ferry was fully booked to Tanjung Gemok and no service to Mersing due to exceptionally low tide, but Ina went to the trouble to make enquiries on our behalf and got us on an extra ferry released last minute! She was brilliant!

A beautiful beach shack that was clean and exceeded expectations with everything that we needed. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful owner, good communication via WhatsApp. Pick up from the jetty The location was great, only a short walk to the beach, good snorkeling spots, shops and restaurants. We were lucky and got upgraded to a bigger (DD) bungalow with two beds which was nice and spacious. Hot shower, toiletries, fridge, kettle and hot chocolate in the room. Very good aircon. Nice veranda to sit on, overlooking the gardens.

A gem of a place in Salang - we loved it here and extended our stay from 3 nights to 5. Monkeys running on the roof and a beautiful home coral to snorkel a five min walk away. Greta having a fridge and v good air con. Thank you ina for making us so comfortable ☺️

the room is quiet and natural cause some animals like monkeys and squarrels outside.zafeek is very friendly and helpful if you have any problem.he accompanied us during the snorkling,which made us feel safe and interesting.it's a happy memory that i'll keep it in my mind

Position is great!! The chalet basic. It was clean. The staff lovely and very helpful. If you don't desire luxury it's a great place to stay.

We had a great stay here. The location is a short walk from the beach, but we enjoyed being tucked away in the palm trees. The cabins are not new or flashy (pretty standard for Tioman), but ours was clean with a nice comfortable bed, small fridge, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The owners are lovely and available to assist with any queries you have, they also let us check out late as we had an afternoon departure, which was very helpful!

“Overall a lovely stay”

The family running Pondok Sri were lovely, very hospitable, helpful and friendly. Is you are looking for more of a garden vibe right next to the beach then this is a good choice. The AC was very powerful and the room was clean. We also got hot chocolate which was a nice touch and our host arranged snorkling trip and also provided snorkles for us to use on the house reef.
