• 3 rooms + living room + dining room (total 5 airconds) • tv + netflix • wifi • heater (master bedroom) • iron and ironboard • fridge • small electric pot • mini oven • cutlery • prayer mat • cuckoo • vacuum, dustpan and broom • extra matress and pillows • extra plastic bags • hanging hook + extra hangers • overall clean, comfortable, worth of money and spacious house. I think it could fit 10 people comfortably. 9/10👍🏻 what to improve • mop • extra battery for remotes bcs 1 of the remote isn't responding • limited and narrow parking especially for mpv or suv (bcs there is a house next door) • clean up the iron suggestion • Gate is quite heavy and hard to open; better if improved for easier access. • House is easy to find, but clearer lot number signage would help avoid confusion. • Suggest upgrading the kitchen bin to a larger size, and adding small bins in each bathroom. • Better to remove the outdoor table and fix the surface to allow proper parking. • add shoe rack • add extra towel
