“I am not feeling happy to stay at Evo Suite Soho Bandar Baru Bangi.”
Here I want to give some remarks : 1) I found that Host is not honest in running the business which is he let be the customer waiting too long from check in at 4pm until check out on the next day for me to get a solution for the wifi+netflix connection problem which offered to the customer and in the end there is no solution. 2) The condition of the swimming pool at Evo Bangi Suite is too dirty. It's shows that host hides the truth in the advertisement that the pool service does not actually exist for customers. 3) The deposit RM100 that I should have received a day after check out on 26/12/2024, after two days the Host still not to refund the deposit to customer. 4) As a customer, I feel very disappointed with the service you gave to me. 5) I hope this will not happen to other people and I hope you can improve the quality of service to run this business.

A total disaster. Nothing as described. There were no toiletries, no mineral water, the shower was broken and was not informed upfront by the management. Do consider carefully when booking your stay. I booked 2 days with the facility, cancelled due to poor service rendered. The customer protection plan by booking.com is not great as well. I was informed that the refund is totally up to the management, which is hardly a response you would expect from a platform such as this. Waiting for response, will file an official complaint with ministry of trade & consumer affairs.

“Comfy stay”

The room is complete with the necessary equipment like house.The owner sporting. The room is fragrant. Easy to check in and convinience.you can see Bandar Baru Bangi very interesting scene at night from this studio.

The view is good, the apartment itself is generally clean, lift easy access to parking. Below a small mall with restaurants and outside rows or shops. The apartment is near Bangi Resort so its convenient of you dont want to stay in the resort itself. It suits my purpose.
