The location is very strategic and isolated as it was the only villa there. Suitable for people who like privacy.

The size of the room, and the watered filter. Outside of the villa looks clean.

The place is huge, the environment is nice, calm relax really good for friends gathering.

Love the architecture, the facilities and surroundings is great for making memories.

Location was superb, spacious and relatively easy to find given that accommodation is located deep inside Janda Baik. Loved the wooden oldschool design of the Villa and the big windows which allowed plenty of natural light inside. Please do drive slowly as it might be easy to miss the entrance (Villa is located on left). Land is huge allowing for families/friends to have some leisure activities and hang around outside seeping in the fresh air. Not to mention, the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, it was an enjoyable trip with a great host. Ps. Please get all your essentials such as food, ice and etc as the nearest convenience store is located about 15 mins away and its not convenient to travel up and down. And also be prepared to be greeted by many insects during the night.

View is great, very quiet. Place is clean. There is AC is all rooms and hot water in all bathrooms.

The location was kinda secluded from other area. its quite nice for a reunion place as we talk and play and u can be loud as no other house is nearby. the villa is really big. and the bedroom is spacious, they provided 6 towels. it can fit maybe up to 10 ppl but need to bring toto. the shower is rain shower semi outdoor. the kitchen is provided with stove, cups, plates, microwave, oven, coway water, knifes, cutting board, pots, rice cooker, and fridge. the villa also provided with wifi. outdoor there are space for bbq and the lawn is quite big to hang out.

We loved the privacy and space for the children to run around and explore the outside. We enjoyed the bbq area. It is a peaceful space to enjoy nature.

“We had a pretty good stay”

we didn't realise it was a one and only villa by itself. It was shown as last villa available for Mandara Trees on booking.com, so we were expecting to see more villas in the same compound. At first we were worried about the security as it was a stand-alone villa, and there was no entrance gate, but we found it quite safe there. The layout of the villa is good with 2 bedrooms with 2 attached bathrooms. Shower is good, and bathroom is quite clean, except the water pump is so loud making noises every other minutes made it difficult to sleep in one of the rooms. All the utensils, stove, microwave and water dispenser were there. The best thing to us was the Coway water dispenser, super convenient. We didn't use any cooking facilities as we dined out every meal. ACs worked fine, one fan is not working, and 2 of the head lamps by the bed not working, however, ceiling lights all worked fine. Location is quite good also pretty close to Bukit Tinggi and Pinto Cafe and Pineyard Cafe.

The kitchen could have had some glasses, and enough cups for the number of guests it accommodates. Also, perhaps a strainer / sieve and a saucepan would be good. Other than that it was great.
