“Very very Bad”
I have contacted the owner +60132219300 many times to get information on the check-in procedure but no answer or no response. When I arrived at the homestay, the homestay was locked and unable to enter the homestay. In this regard, I would like to request compensation and a refund of the rental payment of RM 298, which was made through Booking.com.
