“Suck”
When i enter the unit. The room was not clean. I believed no body do housekeeping. The dustbin full of rubbish and the towel was used and left on the floor.

Customer service is really slow especially about deposit payment. If i did not ask about the deposit, they might keep quiet about it. Took 4 days to receive the payment. Overall the place is good, and nice view.

They took my deposit rm200 until now no refund. They said within days. But now it almost 4 day no action.

The management was so kind and polite. The condition of the accommodation was clean and safe. (I felt like it was my home!) I’ll use that again shortly. :)
