The room was okay. A little bit dark maybe, but spacious. The location is just beautiful, directly on the beach.

On the beach front with your own private porch and behind was the one road that runs from one end of Juara to the other. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. Two mini marts 2 minutes walk from.the Chalet. Staff were very helpful and informative.

Location directly on a lovely stretch of beach, however the house next door is not in a good shape and we could smell their septic tank while sitting outside. Aiman is a very kind and helpful guy - 10 stars!

“Worth the money! Perfect for small family”

The property has direct access to the beach and was recently refurbished. The toilet is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The surrounding area has a few local shops and restaurants, and the beach itself is clean and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay — it was definitely worth the money paid. Alhamdulillah!

Close to straight facing beach!! Room has double Queen bed my kids really love it , also the room is big. Our Stay feel comfortable n memorable definitely will come back !! 🥰

Sea view chalet

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Permai Chalet, Tioman. The hospitality was excellent the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist us throughout our stay. ✅ Front beach location perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea ✅ Near a mosque very convenient for prayers ✅ Easy to find food many stalls and local eateries nearby One of the highlights was that the chalet gave our family a special price for snorkeling activities and transportation from the chalet to Kampung Tekek jetty. The driver was very friendly and informative, sharing interesting stories and local history about Tioman Island during the ride. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-located beachfront stay with a local touch.

The sea is right in front of the chalet.. the sitting area outside the chalet is a nice place to hang out at night.

The charlets are right at the beach, which is very beautiful. The staff was also super friendly and they picked us up from the pier.
