Mr Soup was helpful, a good cook - offering vegetarian choices and spoke/ understood English. Very calm, peaceful setting with all basic room requirements at a budget price. Chork’s tuk tuk highly recommended for authentic sightseeing - search FB and web page.

We had a fantastic time in Kampong Cham. Mr Thou is wonderful, he speaks very good English. He picked us up and dropped us at the bus station free of charge. He bought our tickets from Kampong Cham to Phnom Penh and to Ho Chi Minh and didn't charge us for his time. The rooms are very clean. The free breakfast is simple but very good; 2 eggs, bread, bananas and tea or coffee. The location is great: only 10mn walk to the Mekong. It's not far from downtown Kampong Cham (30mn walk) but it's surrounded by a beautiful countryside. There is a small but very good market again about 10mn walk from the guesthouse. You can hire a bicycle from the guesthouse for just $1 and go to the Bamboo Bridge and cycle on the island the Bamboo Bridge leads to. We also took bicycles one morning and went around the very nice countryside. All and all it was a wonderful stay. And I will absolutely recommend this Guest House.

The host was so kind and so was his wife. The breakfast was delicious as was the lunch. Coffee was a 10/10. The beauty of the nature was phenomenal.

“Superb Stay With Mr Soup”

We loved everything. Mr Soup makes this place because he is such a warm and kind man. Collecting from the bus station, cooking meals, renting us bicycles. The place is set in beautiful countryside, but an easy flat cycle into the town. We would have still been happy if we paid twice the price. This was our best natural experience in Cambodia so far.

nice rural-urban balanced location, reasonable price, great staff, cats and dogs and chicken. even though this is bungalow, brighter LED in the room than other cambodian hotels. powerful fan and bum-gun.

“Relaxed in the green fields”

The ɓungalows are situated in the green fields just out of the village. You can make a nice walk in the 'green' with pounds lotusflowers en fields full groceries. The owner and his family are very kind, relaxed and helpfull. The bungalow is small but clean. We hired bikes to see the bambobridge. Nice.

If you are looking for a rural experience then you found the right place. Falling asleep among chicken, ostriches and cats and dogs in the midst of a swampy area. Waking up to the monks chanting their dogma is a totally new experience. The staff is very helpful, friendly and can help you with almost anything. Breakfast was hearty and the card had loads of delicious meals with vegetarian options. When I ordered some fried veggies host quickly went to the market to get the greens - won't get any fresher than that.

If you are a no thrill's kind of person who feel at home with the basic amenities like me, then please go support this warm hearted kind family. Promise me you will keep in mind what you are paying for before you criticise. The owner(Bing Two) and his wife are the very foundation of the Khmer, genuine, warm hospitality. I wchoose the place based on price and just have a roof over my head. As I got on my bike after saying goodbye to these amazing people I felt that I did left a friend behind.

The hosts , they were very humble people and it was so nice ..The prices of everything were fair, very good..Location I liked a lot ! It was a unique experience staying there I really enjoyed it a lot! They have bikes and motorcycle onsite for good costs to hire ! Food great to! Rooms were deff ok for the price you paid ! Bed good, wifi good, yes as other reviews no hot water but the heat outside heats up the pipes so water is not cold ! Nice balcony to! And the pets around was nice to ! There is only a fan which it says in room on booking.com, it's ok but daytime does get warm , I'm from New Zealand and it's cooler there mostly ha ha! Nightime was ok to be honest ! 👌 I'd go back again!( i didn't have problems with any bugs, mosquitoes, etc, as other reviews have Said ,none to he honest in my 3 nights ? So don't understand that ?
