Water park in middle of the jungle is amazing! Plus 25m of swimming pool :) Nearby walk to waterfall plus 2-3 jungle tracks :) Food very good! And portions were very generous:) Great place for families with kids 😁

Package include DINNER for us, stay only 1 night.Love the ambience,we arrive quit late around 7.30pm and the reception ibanese chubby women very friendly.Keep asking what time arrive..while we are family using 3 different car and each of us different timing the last member family arrive 8.30pm. The security want to go home so need to know if the customer still coming or not. They provide us DINNER super nice! 7pax eat food they prepare like for 15people. The talapia they give u eat is the talapia that they feed on their pond(staff their told me).

Beautiful pool in the jungle, to cool down at the end of the day. It is close to the Lambir Hills (10 min) and Niah (1 hr) National Parks.

Been there with Family certain public holiday and this is probably our 4th/3rd time but this stay very disappointed! Our 4th and last staying here!. This place quite famous cause I do post few best activities from my Fb and tiktok! Will delete this video. Late Check in around 7pm (not my problem they still open the online booking)! and welcome enviroment is Zero just the security who cover front dest due it not 24H kinda polite.. next morning all of us went for breakfast one of the staff at the kitchen with walkie talkie keep asking how many pax u guys come (please check cctv).. we simply answer the question whithout hesitate but the girls I think Zero customer service skill just keep confirming and make myself annoying.. After breakfast I approach counter FO asking for what activities we entitle? The girsl not answering my question but telling me my room havent paid yet and she calculate all the total per head. Than I know the causes of zero welcoming vibe just because room billing not settle yet🤣. But my room cofirmed with credit card they just can charge to the room no need to strees themself🤌. For me money is not an issue just the way the unwelcome feeling already spoil my holiday mood! Fyi : bear in mind, if you book through booking.com the price per room is RM360 at the end they will charge you per pax not per room. For my case I been charge roughly rm700. Which for me not worth it cause the bad also only one kingsize🤣 with water after brush teeth tested rusty iron no hanger. Extra bedsheet and pillow also self service.

The location

The place is good, i enjoyed much with our family, the kids loves the slides very much. But the water and some of the area need a little bit of maintenance. Overall, its good stay. Dine in are also available, food are well cooked. Very recommended for a nature lover. Quiet and peaceful. Maybe need to add up more lightings around, especially the cabin which is quite far to the centre.. Keep up the good works.. All staff are very helpful and friendly.
