“Perfect start into our Thailand trip”
Very kind owners. Directly downtown close to the sights. Breakfast option for 100 Baht. Your car can park safely on the premises. And you can get a late beer if needed. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Don't expect too much luxury.

It was clean with a comfortable bed and hot shower which was the only real requirements for our layover en route to Chiang Mai. The staff were lovely and there was a good local restaurant over the road and a big C too so more than was required for pleasant stay

The houses are beautiful on the outside, the staff is friendly, the house has everything you need for life. There is a mini Big C store nearby.

“Our most enjoyable stay in thailand”
Very clean, well furnished villas with a small outside porch for food preparation and drying clothes. felt it was a safe area. The manager was friendly and informative Lots of shops, clean food stalls and street restaurants very close Best of all we got dropped at the far entrance to the UNESCO Kampaeng Phet historical Park, wandered south through the constructions/ruins to the main road, across to the second park then walked all the way back over the bridge to Bunraksa. Hot but so rewarding.

Cosy and comfortable chalet type room. In a peaceful residential area. Friendly and helpful owners. Self-service laundry is just across the road, abt 200m from the hotel.
