I really enjoyed the service at this hotel. I loved the music in the restaurant and the pictures and text on the walls. The breakfast was very pleasant and comfortable. Thank you for helping me order Boda Boda. The staff and manager were very attentive and responsive to any needs we had. The hot water stayed hot all day, making showering a great experience. They even provided mosquito nets. maybe can add another light bulb to the room. It was a warm, comfortable, and safe hotel. I stayed for two days and hope to have the opportunity to come back again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Martin and his team are very nice, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to get to know them. The room was very clean, hot shower and great breakfast with fresh coffee, eggs, pancakes. We would definitely come back again. Thank you very much, Martin!

as for breakfast, you need a little more variation. no choice, the buffet is meager. a variety of tea for example, cheese, different types of bread, why not homemade bread? cornflakes, honey, being in Africa, we can offer juices of different types of fruits.

“AVOID!”
I was robbed in this hotel. I left my room locked and when I returned my laptop, expensive camera cash and other items where missing. Some of my things where discovered in the room across the hall but the hotel did not keep proper records of that guest. No CCTV. When I reported the incident that night manager just scoffed and refused to help me or even call the police. On top of that there was a noisy church next door carrying on all night and I got no sleep at all! What a horrible experience.

“Good staff but need to spend some money on plumbing”
Staff were awesome ... particularly the manager and reception guy and Sarah in the restaurant Breakfast was delicious and plentiful Room service was good
