“Quiet neighbourhood beautiful views with friendly staff but the facilities require improvement.”

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to get us some food items locally for breakfast. He had the TV reconnected we found dismounted. He quickly reached the housekeepers to connect the gas cooker which was not working when we wanted to use it in the morning. He helped with giving directions and in finding an item we thought may have been left behind after checking out..

The location is a quiet and tranquil neighbourhood. Cleaned well by the housekeeping staff. Ideal for those wanting a break in a quiet neighbourhood yet not too far from shops or accessible to shopping centres like Quality supermarket etc. Easily accessible by transport apps like Uber. Very good security as well. Property is furnished to an excellent standard and feels like home away from home .

The apartment itself is lovely, spacious and clean and this is the 3dd time staying here. Upon arrival it was warm but the air con would not work I was told I have to pay extra per night for the electric when it states the facilities includes air con so I had no choice but to pay the fee and place electric on the meters the shower was connected with air con so if. The power went for the air con the shower would also be cut off so no hot water. We had 2 cleaners come I believe they were daughter and mum I went to a different place for 2!nights so I told them to take a drink and some fruit ONLY, they was more than welcome to just that when j got back they raided the apartment they took the oil, rice, seasoning , drinks, fruit, chicken breasts x4, sausages, eggs, and many other items I was so angry at this point I did speak with the owner Simon and he was lovely about it and offered to replace them I refused because it was not fair as he didn’t take them the cleaner and her daughter did, Simon did apologies and I’m really great full but the women none of them even said sorry once’s the oil they took was actually from a saucepan that I used. To fry chips they left me a little bit then they used the empty 2L oil bottle to pour half for themselves I asked for it back and they had a cheak to give it back empty. Besides all of this that room was lonely and Simon was relllkk

We've stayed here a number of times. Location is very quiet and serene. Apartments are very clean, spacious with great finishing. Friendly and responsive and extremely private area. I can go ahead and say maybe Entebbe road's best kept secret.

Absolutely amazing lovely clean room air con was amazing especially in the heat the cleaner came everyday with amazing service I even gave her my clothes and she washed dried and folded for me it was incredible I had fresh towels everyday if I needed it 5*
