This was a treat at the start of a three week trip, to get all the admin sorted. The staff were lovely, the food superb, the room clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything you'd expect really.

“Friendly and welcoming staff in a relaxing environment.”
On arrival I was met by a very welcoming front desk staff Sandra, who ensured I was given the kind of room I requested for with a nice view and throughout my stay she was very friendly and even suggested I tasted some Ugandan delicacies. Housekeeping was excellent with morning and evening room make up and complimentary water, drinks and chocolate. Generally staff were friendly. I liked that the location was in the centre of Kampala and walking distance to shops. I also liked the tropical layout of the property which meant enjoying strolls on the premises.
